Dr Richard Lander Kwame Glover is a Biological Scientist with a bias in Food Microbiology. Dr Glover worked as a Research Officer at the Centre for Scientific Research into Plant Medicine at Mampong-Akwapim in Ghana from 1991 to 1996 where he set up its Microbiological Screening Laboratory for validation of herbal and traditional medicinal products. He joined the Department of Applied Biology, Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University for Development Studies (UDS), Navrongo Campus as a lecturer/researcher in Microbiology in 1996. He served as Head of Department and was a Senior Lecturer when he left UDS in 2012. Dr Glover also led DANIDA-sponsored projects on Capability Building for Research in Traditional Fermented Food Processing in West Africa.
