Mr Harry Moongela

Work and Research
Organisational learning and Social Media Organisations have invested in Web 2.0 platforms (social media) in order to encourage collaboration between employees. This because there is an assumption that Web 2.0 platforms (social media) can enhance the performance of employees. The adoption of social media in organisations, has also encouraged researchers to grow an interest in exploring how social media relates to organisational processes. Researchers found that social media technologies have an impact on organisations in profound ways as it impacts certain organisational practices. It is with this knowledge in mind that the use of social media in organisations forms the basis of my research and focuses on developing a Web 2.0 (Social Media) supported organisational framework.
